We are Monika and François, a Croatian-French couple passionate about hospitality and sharing the beauty of Krk Island with guests from around the world.

For more than 15 years, we have welcomed travelers from over 40 nationalities, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere where everyone feels at home. We speak Croatian, French, and English and love sharing local tips, hidden beaches, and the authentic island lifestyle.

Apartments Monika is a small family-run business with 6 fully equipped apartments in the seaside village of Punat, on the island of Krk. Located just 100m from the sea and 200m from the town center, our apartments are ideal for relaxing holidays throughout the year, as we are open all year round.

We are also a perfect choice for boat owners and sailing enthusiasts, with Marina Punat — one of the largest marinas on the Croatian coast — only a 5-minute walk away.

​

Guests can enjoy our heated family-friendly saltwater pool with beautiful sea views, heated to 29°C from April to October, including a shallow area for children and relaxation.

​

For cyclists, each apartment also has access to a secure bike storage area for up to 4–5 bikes, equipped with 4 charging plugs for e-bikes and e-scooters.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we also offer breakfast baskets delivered directly to your apartment, prepared with high-quality Croatian products.

All apartments include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking, spacious terraces, and beautiful views of the sea, marina, garden, or Košljun island.
